The health of your animals is outstanding. As official veterinarian of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, the largest junior stock show in the world, I was responsible for [more than] 15,000 show animals over a three-week period. Without question, your animals were as, if not more, healthy than each of the FFA or 4H projects.

I admire the constant and vigilant care you give to each animal while kids are in the animal area and informing the children how to touch and pet the animals gently, so as not to scare them, and your sincere concern for each individual animal and their health.

Finally, and most importantly, is your professional, moral and ethical code. The message that you give to the public is that animals are a wonderful, cherished, and fragile part of life. They need to be cared for by trained professionals.

There are so many unwanted and abandoned animals in this world. In my profession I see so many. This is a way people can enjoy animals in a safe, supervised and healthy way. Your message and your mission are clear and to be admired. With your operation, patience and discipline you spread the enjoyment of animals as well as providing an example of exceptional care.
